I am Senior Manager & Product Owner Loyalty and I am responsible for the operation and further development of the LAYA Group loyalty platform. As an interface between management, the various departments and development, I communicate with different sales channel and group teams.

I spend my free time with my family – in summer, our favourite place is at the lake, in the winter we go sledging, skiing or do activities at the kid’s art centre.
Professionally, I studied traditional business administration, my first job was with a strategy and M&A consulting firm. I have worked for loyalty and CRM enterprises since 2011. I first came across LAYA as a client as part of a consulting project… working together was so great immediately that six months later, I joined LAYA.
We all work together, there is no hierarchy. Everyone here has special skill and each and everyone respected and appreciated for it.
