The protection of customers’ personal data is very important to us as LAYA Group, as it is to our programme partners. We adhere to the legal requirements and would like to make the processing of data as transparent as possible.

Data compliance:

We handle personal data collected through participation in the respective customer programme responsibly and in accordance with the requirements of the German Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing of personal data always follows recognised methods and criteria of market research and is only undertaken to the standard extent.

No address trading:

LAYA Data does not sell or trade addresses or personal customer data. They are treated as strictly confidential. Only we and the other programme operators GALERIA or SportScheck have access to your data.

IT security:

Our security architecture follows the highest standards – across all our IT service providers. Only programme operators have access to the customer profile or personal customer data. We do not grant access to programme and promotion partners or other people.

Right of objection and termination:

As a programme member, you are able to terminate your participation in the respective programme at any time without observing a notice period. You also have the option to object to certain processing procedures. Details can be found under “More information”.
