About LAYA Data
Together with the respective partner companies, LAYA Data is the operator of the GALERIA customer loyalty programme, and – starting spring 2022 – the SportScheck Club.
GALERIA customer loyalty programme
With the so-called GALERIA Kundenkarte, the department store’s customer loyalty programme, customers can collect points with every purchase – whether at GALERIA stores, on Galeria.de, in the GALERIA Restaurant, at GALERIA Reisen or when shopping at other programme partners.
The points collected can then be conveniently redeemed at any of the stores. In addition, programme customers benefit from exclusive special offers, coupons, prize draws, promotions and events.
As a SportScheck Club member, customers receive bonus points on all purchases and participation in selected events. The higher the Club level, the more bonus points.
Once 600 bonus points have been collected, they are converted into shopping vouchers, which can be redeemed online or in any store.

From October 2022, LAYA Data will also operate an additional loyalty network that will link the existing partner programmes. By building and using a consistent customer profile across all partners, customers will benefit from additional network advantages.
Your benefits at a glance:
Customers receive relevant, individual and attractive offers and exclusive benefits from the range of current programme and promotion partners and other interesting information through direct marketing campaigns.
Regardless of the value of their purchases, customers will receive a discount coupon of at least €5 once a year.
Secure handling of your data:
In return for the services and offers of the programme operators, customers allow their data to be processed for market research purposes. As the central unit of the LAYA Group, LAYA Data is responsible for and coordinates the customer data sets of the associated retail companies and ensures that they are protected in accordance with current legislation.
